胡志強遭文化董事會解聘 教育部:文化大學應依法處理

台中市長胡志強從民國九十五年開始擔任文化大學董事，但是這幾年卻傳出出席次數太低，遭到校方解聘，對此，教育部政務次長陳德華表示，私校法中規定，大學董事無故缺席三次，董事會可以依法解聘，但是因為胡志強事前都有請假，不算無故缺席。(陳葦庭報導)

文化大學董事長張鏡湖十二號在立委許添財、邱志偉的陪同下召開記者會，指控台中市長胡志強雖然兼任文化大學董事，但卻多次不出席董事會，從九十八年開始到一百零二年間四十一次會議中有多達三十五次缺席，遭校方依私校法解除董事職務。

對此，教育部政務次長陳德華表示，解除董事職務要依法處理，胡志強事先都有請假，不能算是無故缺席，而且解除董事職務必須開會決議，他說：「董事長他自己把胡市長的董事資格直接取消掉，胡市長對於這部分質疑，問說到底這符不符合法律規定，所以我們回覆給胡市長，告訴他這個必須依照私校法處理，不是教育部要求要或不要解除誰的董事職務。」

陳德華次長表示，如果文化大學覺得規定太寬鬆，可以由董事會決議訂定更嚴格的規定，但是目前文化大學並沒有針對「無故」缺席有明確規範，教育部已行文給文化大學，希望學校依法處理。
