提高債限？ 江揆：尚無此具體規劃

在馬英九總統於國民黨中常會提到債限問題後，行政院長江宜樺上週在立法院表示，不排除研議修法提高舉債上限。不過，江宜樺今天(12日)在立法院院會答詢時表示，提高債限是後面的手段，目前還沒有這樣的具體規劃。

依照現行法津規定，政府的舉債上限只能占GDP的40.6%，但目前距上限只剩不到2%。國民黨立委曾巨威12日在立法院質詢時表示，馬總統日前提到舉債上限的問題，行政院長江宜樺對此立場為何？

江宜樺指出，提高債限並非最優先的選項，但各種可能的做法都會評估。他說：『(原音)行政院這邊考慮過相關改善我們財政的做法，那麼提高債限大概是會放在優先順序比較後面的考量，但是各種可能的做法我們都評估。』

不過，曾巨威質疑財政部長張盛和曾明白表示他的立場就是不再提高債限，會不會與政府的立場有所衝突，造成施政方向模糊？江宜樺則說「沒有衝突」，也強調目前還沒有這樣的具體規劃。
