瘋狗浪意外 專家籲莫因噎廢食

上周東北角發生瘋狗浪造成8死8傷意外，今天觀光局長謝謂君與台大地理環境資源系教授林俊全、成大水利及海洋工程系教授高家俊、海大海洋環境資訊系副教授董東璟到事發現場勘查。

高家俊指出，在海岸增加護欄的作用有限，2、3年可能就會被浪打垮，更重要的是要加強教育民眾對海象的警覺性。

董東璟呼籲發展瘋狗浪預警系統，以預測湧浪的方式，提早一天預警海邊可能發生瘋狗浪。學者都強調，好不容易建立起民眾親海習慣，不能因這次的意外而因噎廢食。
