金融海嘯期間僱身障 比得堡實業創好績效

勞委會今天表揚了雇用身障者、給身障者就業機會的多家企業，其中榮獲一等獎的汽車業界老字號：比得堡精密實業，因為在金融海嘯期間，還願意雇用一批聽障員工，也因為善用他們過人的眼力及觀察力，讓比得堡的事業再創高峰。

同樣獲得一等獎的還有台灣數位有聲書推展學會，學會內有五成以上的職員都是視障員工，他們在電腦研發及有聲書軟體研發上都發揮所長，他們在學會提供的穩定工作環境中，除了有良好的升遷外，也改善了自身經濟條件。

勞委會今天表揚了46個雇用身障者的績優公私立單位，頒發了52個獎項，勞委會表示，希望藉由表揚活動，讓更多身障者勇敢站出來面對社會，也鼓勵企業多與身障者共創新價值。
