曾銘宗:富邦蔡明忠 沒有要買壹電視

媒體報導，壹電視又有可能要易主，更點名富邦金董事長蔡明忠是可能的買主。對此，金管會主委曾銘宗今天在答覆國民黨立委林德福質詢時表示，依法金控持有媒體股份不能超過5%，超過5%要申報，超過10%要核准，而且依照過去案例，金控經營團隊的個人投資，不可以有控制性持股，不能超過20%。曾銘宗並說，金管會在媒體披露這個消息後後，已經跟當事人確認，他沒有意願，也沒有想法，要去買要去買壹電視。

行政院長江宜樺則表示，對於媒金分離大方向他始終是支持的，所以怎樣避免媒體過度集中，尤其跟金融產業之間的連結，這一點會請金管會審慎處理。
