智慧眼鏡 提升工作效率

由Google引起的智慧眼鏡（Google Glass）和其他業者發展的智慧手表，讓穿戴式電子產品對企業的影響重新被評估。國際研究暨顧問機構Gartner表示，智慧眼鏡具備工作人員效率的潛力，如製造、現場服務、零售與醫療等產業。

Gartner研究總監Angela McIntyre表示，智慧眼鏡搭配擴增實境（augmented reality, AR）與頭戴式相機（head-mounted cameras），可提高技術人員、工程師，以及現場服務、維修、醫療與製造等其他產業工作人員的效率。未來三至五年內，最有可能因智慧眼鏡而受惠的是現場服務產業，預期每年約可增加10億美元的獲利。最能夠節省成本的地方，在於縮短問題診斷與修復的時間，以及不再需要另外派遣專家前往遠端據點。

雖然美國已開始使用智慧眼鏡的企業仍不及1%。然而，Gartner預測，對於擁有外勤人員（如現場服務人員與檢驗人員）的企業來說，其使用率將於未來五年之內提升至10%。
