英通膨率降至2.2% 創1年來新低

英國國家統計局(Office of National Statistics)發布的資料顯示，英國10月通膨率下滑至2.2%，創下一年多來的新低，部分原因為油價陡降。

該局今天(12日)表示，9月份的年度消費價格通膨率仍有2.7%，10月的通膨率可說是2012年9月以來就沒出現過的低點；而2009年11月以來，通膨率便從未低於2.2%。

雖然通膨率仍高於英國央行設定的2%目標，但通膨情況趨緩，代表利率會有好一段時間維持低檔。

倫敦IHS環球透視(IHS Global Insight)經濟分析師阿契爾(Howard Archer)表示，這對消費者而言毋寧是項好消息，但他也指出：「通膨率仍是平均年收入成長的3倍之多」。
