「賈乃冥師」影射整型被判拘役

知名肚皮舞老師與徒弟鬧翻，對方離開舞團後在臉書上放話辱罵老師，甚至以「賈乃冥師」影射老師整形。台灣高等法院審理後，認定徒弟觸犯妨害名譽罪，判處拘役五十天，得易科罰金五萬元確定。

亞洲唯一一位贏得埃及肚皮舞世界大賽冠軍的肚皮舞老師郭姓女子，在桃園有成立一家舞蹈教室。她與徒弟趙姓男子合作多年，曾共同拿下四年前韓國肚皮舞大賽銅牌。判決書指出，趙姓男子原本在郭老師經營的舞蹈教室擔任舞蹈老師，卻因排課問題而鬧翻。雙方鬧翻後，趙姓男子開始在臉書留言，以「賈乃」、「賈乃冥師」、「賈乃舞蹈老師」影射郭老師整形。郭老師因此對他提出民刑事訴訟。

刑事部分，趙姓男子一審被判刑四個月，案件上訴二審，高院審理後，認為趙姓男子雖然沒有直接點名，但大部分的人一看就知道影射的對象是郭姓女子，構成妨害名譽罪，但考量趙姓男子願意提供二十萬元和解金，顯見已有悔意，所以改判拘役五十天，得易科罰金五萬元，全案就此確定。至於民事部分，一審判決趙姓男子須賠償十五萬元，案件還在二審法院審理中。
