台苯邀請賽／保證不後悔　莊智淵呼籲球迷踴躍入場

台苯邀請賽能順利開打，除台苯董事長林文淵熱情相挺外，莊智淵也是重要推手，負責邀請選手參賽，他也呼籲球迷能踴躍進場，欣賞難得的桌球國際賽。

不過莊智淵謙虛地表示，雖然參賽選手由他挑選、邀請，但是台苯的獎金高，大會招待服務也好，選手參賽的意願也高。

他指出，台苯邀請賽的獎金，比起非國際桌球總會認證的比賽，已經高出一截，如果沒有他出馬，其實選手還是會來，他也透露原本有更多好手願意來，但因行程衝突作罷。

身為唯一地主選手，莊智淵認為，屆時他專注自己的比賽也無所謂壓力，但希望球迷能踴躍入場，不過有球迷擔心給他壓力而猶豫入場與否。

莊智淵則說：「壓力就看我自己怎麼去看待，不會造成我的負擔，但是如果你能來看比賽，我相信你不為後悔。」表示這樣的陣容接近世錦賽十六強等級，實屬難得。
