向色情業者收賄　高雄兩警官羈押禁見

高雄驚爆有兩名警官涉嫌收受色情行業業者賄款，包庇不法行為，而警政署政風室「靖紀小組」為了怕走漏風聲，還特別調用台北市警力南下逮人，兵分9路發動搜索；全案經高雄地檢署檢方聲請羈押禁後，法官在2日凌晨裁定涉案的兩名警官和一名業者羈押禁見獲准。

根據了解，高雄地檢署檢方會同警政署政風室調用台北市警力南下，兵分9路對鹽埕分局、長明派出所、色情行業業者經營處所，以及涉案警官住家，發動搜索；除了在業者車上發現有高市警局各單位主管名冊外，也在涉案的黃姓警官家中搜出逾百瓶洋酒及數十萬現金。

對於相關案情，有知情人士私下表示，其實類似案情並不罕見，相關色情業者或賭場業者，為了能夠不被查緝，往往都會尋求警方「配合」經營，除了給付賄款外，有的甚至會給予插乾股經營謀利，類似情事在警界屢見不鮮。
