發票中七張即遭查 財部允檢討

立委批評，民眾發票一次中七張200元，國稅局要查擾民，財政部同意檢討異常出單標準是否妥適。

立委盧秀燕指出，有民眾一次對中八張統一發票，總計獎金1600元，引來稅捐機關關切，幾近擾民，且人人當賊，在人力有限情況下，不符查稅經濟效益。財政部賦稅署署長吳自心指出，統一發票200元獎項中獎率約是千分之五，即一千張有五張中獎，一次中七八張機率蠻小的，因此，財政部印刷廠對於異常查核標準目前為同一人中獎張數達七張，是否合適將進一步檢討。吳自心說『不是說中七張就不行，而是可能有異常。報告委員，我們會檢討這個異常出單的準是否妥適。』（財政部賦稅署署長吳自心。資料照片）
