陸委會：涉陸黨政軍 許可後才准合作

中國大陸中央電視台日前舉辦「海峽兩岸媒體前瞻論壇」，閉幕時發表一份「共同倡議」，呼籲成立「兩岸媒體聯誼會」。行政院陸委會發言人吳美紅今天(2日)表示，陸委會雖不清楚該聯誼會的性質，但要特別提醒民眾，在參與之前，應先注意兩岸人民關係條例的相關規定，凡是與大陸黨、政、軍有關的合作案，都要獲得許可後才能進行。

針對去年底「海峽兩岸媒體前瞻論壇」倡議成立「兩岸媒體聯誼會」一事，陸委會發言人吳美紅2日在例行記者會上表示，目前陸委會還不清楚這個聯誼會的定位、成員與具體內容，但要提醒有意參與的人，不要違反相關法令規定。

吳美紅說：『(原音)如果有涉及到台灣地區的民眾、人民團體，跟大陸的黨、政、軍的相關機構為合作行為的時候，這部分應經過許可。如果這個聯誼會是在台灣成立的，如果有大陸人民要擔任成員，這也是要經過許可的。』

去年12月在北京舉行的兩岸媒體前瞻論壇由大陸央視主辦，因為中央社董事長陳國祥及公視董事長邵玉銘都出席而受到關注。

論壇在閉幕時發表一份共同倡議，陸委會主委王郁琦日前已表示，該論壇由大陸主導，倡議也是大陸單方面自行宣布，陸委會並不認同相關內容。
