查「日月明功」靈修虐殺案　檢今擴大約談21人

彰化「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，在涉案的創教主陳巧明及其手下共犯被收押禁見後，彰化地檢署檢方在今（2）日再度進行大規模約談行動，一共約談21人，相關偵訊行動目前仍在進行中。

根據了解，關於今日約談的21人，檢方表示，都是曾經在案發前後出入默園的學員，其中有日月明功學員，也有學員小孩，對於相關細節檢方不願透露，僅表示目前偵訊仍在進行中。

但有消息指出，截至目前為止，至少已另有3人被改列被告，而這也讓全案被告上升到14人；而檢方之所以在今天發動大規模約談，據了解主要是為了釐清目前在押被告供詞真偽。
