行政院上午舉行民國103年度第一次行政院會，行政院長江宜樺上午特別期勉行政團隊，把事情做好，充分把握每一天。

江宜樺說，去年初他期勉行政團隊展現規劃力、執行力、溝通力，他至今仍沒有改變對於首長在這三方面的期待。希望大家掌握大膽規畫、堅定執行、誠懇溝通三原則，和民眾站在一起，積極思考民眾想要什麼、政府又能替民眾做些什麼，讓國家更好、民眾生活更安定。他也說，希望互相協助，只有跨部會通力合作，才有默契做好事情。
