檔案最後的格式要求必須是.MPEG或.AVI

我的影片原始檔是.MTS 有好幾個檔，要合併編輯後製作成一個影片
想請問

Q1.應該直接用MTS檔作完整部影片再輸出
還是要先把各段MTS影片先轉檔再製作，做完再輸出會擁有比較好的畫質？

Q2.使用威力導演輸出時如何設定能得到最好的畫質，並且格式是.MPEG或.AVI？
