問事業 今年我有小人當道

這份工作由上年十一月做到現在，本來都還算可以，但自縱要好同事開始慢慢離開，這兩個月尤其今個月感覺到給幾位同事欺負，每日工作好像要入戰場一樣，感覺好孤獨, 請問今年工作運會怎樣？今年太約什麼時候會稍後好些？今年約什麼時候有機會轉工作？請問會否有公務員命格？
望有大大來替我解憂, 謝謝
