研究：英辦公室員工 下午2:55起食睏

英國一項調查發現，多數人上了一早上的班，吃了午餐，到下午兩點五十五分就開始感到午餐帶來的副作用，想睡。所以，這個時點是英國員工生產力最低的一刻。

而英國人生產效率最高的時點則是早上十點二十六分。

一家叫「倫敦辦公室」的公司調查了辦公室員工的工作情形。結果發現，多數員工到下午兩點五十五分就心神不寧了。很多人要喝杯咖啡或吃點巧克力才能撐下去。有不少人也會在兩點五十五分左右開始查看、回覆自己的電子郵件或是計畫晚上的節目。反正，下午三點前後就是不適合工作的時間。
