外遇夫疑妻有鬼 暗中錄音…挨告

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕30多歲的年輕夫妻感情失和、分房睡，丈夫發現妻子講電話時神色怪異，涉嫌在妻子房內放錄音筆偷錄音，妻子5天後發現、怒告丈夫妨害秘密，感情雪上加霜！

該對夫妻同住南市中西區，男方是工程師、女方做生意，婚後女方察覺男方外遇，雙方鬧離婚、分房睡。

今年10月中旬，女方在臥室床鋪下發現1支錄音筆，發現是丈夫竊聽，一狀告上警局，並加告「丈夫盜用帳號、密碼進入她的臉書網頁」。

男方向警方坦承，10月12日買這支錄音筆，隔天趁機把錄音筆放到妻子床下，沒想到18日就被逮到；但指妻子的臉書帳號曾被歹徒盜用，需重設密碼，詢問後，妻子同意共設臉書帳號、密碼。

警方調出錄音筆的錄音檔，確認有女方在屋內說話的聲音，訊後依刑法妨害秘密與妨害電腦使用兩罪嫌將男方移送檢方偵辦。
