洪磊：中國盼北韓穩定

在北韓領導人金正恩(Kim Jong-Un)逮捕掌握軍事大權的姑丈張成澤(Jang Song-Thaek)，解除一切職務，甚至傳出已經處決張成澤之際，北韓最重要的盟邦中國今天(10日)表示，中國要與北韓維持友好關係，並且希望北韓在整肅高級官員之後，能夠穩定。張澤成被視為與北京關係較為密切。

中國大陸外交部發言人洪磊表示，張成澤被解除職務是北韓的內部事務，不過，中國希望，北韓能夠維持穩定與經濟成長。

67歲的張成澤因為曾經負責經濟改革和開發事務，跟北京關係較為密切，曾與中國商務部長陳德銘，共同負責中國和北韓邊境的經濟開發特區建設。
