家庭看護外勞逃跑 等待期縮短為三個月

立法院今天三讀通過「就業服務法部分」條文修正案，針對逃逸外勞申請遞補的條件有重大放寬。依照三讀通過的條文，在不能歸責於雇主的情況下，家庭看護外勞的遞補時間，從原本的6個月縮短為3個月，產業外勞、家庭幫傭及機構看護，也改為滿6個月就可申請遞補。
