教育部今天上午頒發102年績優教育基金會，教育部主管教育基金會共692個，今年50家申請評鑑，共13家列為特優、20家優等、5家甲等，其中福智文教基金會、張榮發基金會、永齡教育基金會、淨化社會文教基金會連續3年獲「特優」。
