竹縣男子疑臥軌亡 原因不明

台鐵湖口路段，今天傍晚6點29分許，年約60餘歲男子疑臥軌尋短，台鐵E141車次南下自強號列車司機發現時已來不及，男子當場被輾死亡，警方正調查他姓名、年籍、死因等。

台鐵新竹車站在意外發生後，已調度177車次自強號到現場接駁乘客，警方採證及初步處理後，E141車次自強號於7點50分駛離，恢復雙線通行。
