疑貨櫃車扯落電纜線 騎士絆倒摔傷

17歲彭姓學生今天騎機車行經苗栗縣竹南鎮正覺路時，被掉落的電纜線絆倒，連人帶車摔翻50公尺，多處擦挫傷，送醫後無礙，警方調閱監視畫面，懷疑是貨櫃車勾落電纜線釀成意外，正追查貨櫃車釐清。
