中國令十九種工業減產 重整經濟的決心堅定

中國當局下令包括鋼鐵以及水泥在內的十九種工業的製造業者減產，透露儘管成長減緩，它重整經濟的決心沒有動搖。

隸屬國務院的國家發展計畫委員會今天發佈命令，要求一千四百多家業者減產或是直接關閉部分生產線，這項行動確定中國當局讓經濟轉型的決心，沒有改變，它希望把大陸經濟從目前仰賴投資與重工業的路線，帶往服務與科技業。

上一季，中國經濟發展創下二十年新低的百分之7.5，許多人期待當局能透過刺激措施，扭轉頹勢，但是目前看起來，李克強領導的國務院，還是堅持要把成長暫時放一邊，先追求經濟轉型。
