美國婦人在賭場被減速丘絆倒 獲賠兩千三百多萬

美國一名婦人在拉斯維加斯的一間賭場，被汽車減速丘絆倒受傷，法官判賭場要賠償77萬五千美元，大概是兩千三百多萬台幣。

史文森太太2007年在賭城的（哈芮）賭場飯店受傷，她說是飯店前的汽車減速丘太高，害他跌跤，陪審團認為飯店確有疏失，史文森太太可以獲得37萬五千美元的傷害性賠償，以及四十萬美元的預防醫療費。飯店主張原告的指控缺乏證據，不過上訴失敗，判決定讞。
