最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今天上午表示，專案小組偵辦士官洪仲丘猝死案，先前聲請羈押副連長劉延俊遭院方駁回，檢方昨天已經正式提抗告。

曹金生說，原證人士官長陳以人、關係人李念祖，已轉列被告，兩人今天凌晨、昨天下午分別交保候傳。

曹金生指出，陳以人是542旅士官長，涉嫌違反反刑法134、302條以職權妨害自由，與陸海空軍刑法45條2項未依法定程序處分部屬罪嫌。李念祖擔任禁閉室戒護士涉嫌凌虐。
