涉索賄被訴 高市副議長喊冤

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄10日電）高雄市副議長蔡昌達被控在處理脫硫渣案向業者索賄，今天遭特偵組起訴。人在美國的蔡昌達透過友人喊冤，盼法院還他清白。

特偵組偵辦行政院前秘書長林益世涉貪案，調查地勇公司遭斷料過程，查出高雄市議會副議長蔡昌達涉協助天山資材公司爭取中鋼爐渣生意，除涉索賄還對高雄市環保局施壓。特偵組今天將蔡昌達與天山資材執行董事顏萬成、中鋼前總經理陳振榮等多人起訴。

蔡昌達正帶領市議會友好訪問團在美訪問，他透過民進黨市議員康裕成表達，希望未來法院能釐清疑點，還他清白。

陳振榮則表示，脫硫渣售價都依合理的訂價公式訂定，交易也都經過公司核定底價，他質疑特偵組認定的依據，未來會在法院清楚說明和交代。1020610
