本人錄取了勝華科技的採購管理師，想了解下有關勝華的福利制度 :

1. 請問近兩年的三節獎金，大概都核發多少?
2. 請問近兩年的年終獎金，約莫幾個月?
3. 獎金核發是以基本底薪計算，還是以全薪計算?
4. 一般採購管理師每日平均加班時數大概為何?
5. 有其他津貼獎金嗎? 比如旅遊津貼、住宿補貼、分紅、生日...等?
6. 年度調薪多久會調一次?
7. 年假計算是未滿一年按比例嗎? 另外計算方法是跟勞基法一樣嗎? 還是優於勞基法呢?
8. 一般新進的採購管理師薪水大約都多少?

我是想了解比解細節的部份，所以希望可以有任職在勝華的人，或者比較瞭解這方面資訊的人可以回答我，可以說明越詳細越好~~~謝謝各位大大。
