最近台灣健兒在國際賽表現優異，以HBL永仁高中為班底的中華亞青女籃隊在首屆「亞青三對三籃球錦標賽」勇奪后冠，為寶島再拿一座冠軍金盃。
這次中華隊派出永仁高中陳薇安、李慶雅、黃柔甄與永仁體系出身的學姊林文佑，首戰雖然遭香港爆冷擊敗，隨後連克越南、地主泰國，晉級八強。
八強賽中華隊以12：5擊敗馬來西亞、準決賽16：13逆轉中國、最後力克擁有一名身高超過200公分長人的印度，拿下賽事首屆冠軍。
女子組精采奪冠，但中華亞青男籃隊在分組預賽遭淘汰。男籃隊陣容包括新科冠軍隊能仁家商的林冠均、李冠毅，新榮高中陳俊哲、三民家商陳柏良。
