大買債券、天然氣降價　俄國讓利拉攏烏克蘭

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】放著國內抗議聲浪不管，烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇昨天在莫斯科與俄國總統普丁達成協議，俄國願意購買150億美元（約4444億台幣）的烏國公債，同時將出售烏國的天然氣價格調降1/3。雖然此舉有助烏克蘭渡過難關，但烏、俄關係大幅進展，恐非國內的抗議民眾樂見。

俄國還答應撤出烏俄之間的貿易壁壘，普丁表示：「我想要讓每個人都冷靜下來，我們今天談得並不是烏克蘭要加入關稅同盟。」不過歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表艾希頓依舊表示，歐盟各國部長已經確認，「只要烏克蘭準備好、達到相關條件，隨時可以與烏克蘭簽署加強夥伴關係的協定。」
