楊謹華弟弟殺角頭　改依傷害致死判13年

【劉昌松／台北報導】藝人楊謹華胞弟楊智堯，2004年在北市士林夜市販賣盜版光碟時，與角頭洪新發起爭執，率眾將洪毆打致死後潛逃出境，去年6月1才自中國遣返回台歸案，士林地院原依殺人罪判判楊智堯無期徒刑，今天高院改依成年人與未成年人共犯傷害致死罪，判刑13年。本案還可上訴。

楊智堯今天被提解出庭聽判後，對判決結果沒有太多反應即被法警戒護還押，楊的父親則因沒聽清楚判決結果，在庭外不斷詢問確認改判內容後，才表示應該還是要上訴。
