【大紀元2013年12月18日訊】(據民視新聞報導)南投清境違法民宿問題，到底要怎麼解決，內政部希望，先訂出「災害風險地區」，再後續決定，區域內的民宿要搬遷或拆除，也因此出動一群專家團，上到清境勘查，但是天公不作美，現場起大霧，專家團無功而返。

7名學者專家上到清境，現場飄著小雨，本來就會影響視線，再加上起了大霧，這下子慘了，能見度只有5公尺，地形地貌全都看不見，這一片白茫茫，害得專家團也迷航。學者專家團，本來要明確劃出，災害風險區範圍，將在18日，由內政部開記者會宣布。

南投縣政府將用來，要求風險區域內的民宿，原本合法的、要搬遷，本來就非法的民宿，儘速拆除，但是專家團現在不願意為結果背書專家建議，可能需要2次探勘，才能做明確的判斷，南投縣政府則說，會把意見上呈內政部，至於18日要不要照開記者會，由內政部決定。
