日月光污染　江宜樺痛心要求徹查

【徐珮君／台北報導】日月光涉嫌排放污水，造成河川污染，行政院長江宜樺上午在行政院會表示痛心，指示相關部會毋枉毋縱，查明真相，並追究業者應負的責任。

與會的高雄市副市長李永得發言時直指，環保署一開始處理此事的態度比較衝，後來又有轉變，好像幫業者講話，環保署應對外說明清楚。李說，今天是日月光做完整陳述的最後一天，相關主管部會應等完整陳述後，再對此事定調，不宜提早定調；環保署副署長葉欣誠則解釋，現在有很多公開資訊，大家都看得到，且檢調已介入調查，未來自然會有清楚定論。

行政院政務委員楊秋興以曾在高雄縣執政的經驗為例說，過去阿公店溪嚴重污染，業者埋暗管，他花了1、2年時間處理，楊認為，現在的情況應該沒有埋暗管，但主管部會應訂定標準，以免污染海洋。
