軍方小丘當法治教案 洪慈庸:時間點不適合

傳出軍方資電作戰指揮部有一份法治宣教資料，內容跟洪仲丘案相似，主角也叫小丘，裡頭劇情還有戒護士要每天照三餐「好好照顧」小丘，洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸說，偵查還沒終結，事情還沒有釐清，現在作教材，有欠公道，現在不是適合的時間點。這對家屬有欠公平，令人痛心，看在家屬眼裡，不是滋味。

傳出軍方資電作戰指揮部一份法治宣教資料，內容一看，就讓人感覺是洪仲丘案，洪慈庸說，怎會在這個時間出這種東西，如果要拿仲丘作案例，應該先知會家屬，不是說要怎麼寫就怎麼寫。

洪慈庸表示，如果這個案例如果是公平客觀去呈現，也不要用弟弟的本名，如果有達到宣導的效益，家屬不排斥，但是，現在偵查還沒終結，事情還沒有釐清，現在作教材，有欠公道，現在不是適合得時間點。

至於對新任國防部長有何期待？洪慈庸說，希望在位者好好去作處理，只希望總統答應的事情，幕僚部份可以確實執行，完成家屬訴求。
