馬總統宣導兩岸服貿

台灣智庫國會政策中心28日公布2013年7月民情調查結果，總統馬英九的不滿意度仍破7成，達71.6%，滿意度也持續低於2成，只有17.9%，至於行政院江宜樺的不滿意度和6月調查結果相比，下降6.6個百分點，有50.8%，滿意度則有23.3%。
在兩岸服務貿易協議部份，調查結果顯示，6成4的民眾認為將對台灣的服務業造成重大衝擊，認為衝擊不大的只有16.3%；值得注意的是，其中泛藍認為有影響的有47.8%，高於認為沒影響的29.9%，中間選民亦有64.2%表達憂心。
此外，高達68.5%的民眾不相信服貿協議開放後，可增加1萬多個就業機會。對於協議簽署過程，60.9%認為政府沒有先考慮好人民的利益，只有2成6相信政府經過周全考慮。並且有62.2%的民眾支持民間社團包圍立法院抗議。
至於立法院即將在第二次臨會處理核四公投案。調查結果指出，58.9%的民眾不認為核四公投案有闖關的急迫性，只有25.5%認為有急迫性；並有62.3%的民眾支持在野黨「全力阻擋」核四公投案過關，只有2成5不支持。值得注意的是，其中泛藍不認為急迫的有5成5，遠高於認為急迫的30.7%。
此外，調查結果也發現，如果明天就進行核四公投，仍有65.6%的民眾同意核四停建，不同意的民眾只有23.5%。這和過去兩個月的調查結果相比，並無太大差異。顯示反對核四續建的多數民意，相當堅定與持續。 (接下一頁)
