軍事審判法修法付委審查

立法院上午舉行臨時會，通過國防部長、內政部長及法務部長，赴立法院委員會報告陸軍下士洪仲丘案，也將兩岸服貿協議和軍事審判法相關修法草案通過交付委員會審查。

立法院今天至8月9日舉行臨時會，原本國民黨立法院黨團打算將服貿協議和核四案盡速完成審查送出院會，但是洪仲丘案反而成了臨時會的要角。立法院長王金平表示，內閣改組是為因應當前各種情勢，目前的民怨是因為洪仲丘案，因此換了國防部長。
