溜馬年度最佳進步球員喬治在東部決賽第2戰與熱火「大帝」詹姆斯互相飆分，證明自己是球隊值得信賴的得分點。

昨天比賽第3節最後5.1秒，喬治先在「鳥人」安德森防守下灌籃並獲加罰，跟著詹姆斯投進壓哨三分球，雙方兩次精采的進攻，使得詹姆斯走向球隊休息區前轉了方向，找喬治擊掌，並告訴這位小老弟：「年輕人，我挺你唷。」對於前輩的肯定，喬治回應：「我也很景仰詹姆斯，他是我學習的對象。」

10個月前，喬治是美國男籃奧運代表隊訓練時的靶子隊成員，和詹姆斯等好手對抗，他希望學到無價的經驗，他說：「我想成為最棒的球員、領導整個NBA的大人物，這是我最好的學習機會。」

喬治有所收穫，也用實力讓詹姆斯主動找他擊掌，Yahoo!運動網記者沃納洛斯基將「大帝」的舉動解釋為喬治贏得他的尊敬，似乎宣告：總有一天，喬治會加入球星行列。（記者陳筱琳）
