杜絕毒澱粉　店家若標示不實罰3萬

毒澱粉事件擴大至各小吃店，新北市衛生局及消保官今午起將加強稽查店家，明天開始輔導包括火鍋店、飲料店及小吃店等店家能主動公告食品成分及來源，如火鍋店最好能標示鍋底是採自然湯底還是添加加工原料等，肉品能提供來源及完整的生產履歷，讓民眾能夠有充分的資訊及來源。

衛生局說，店家若不主動公佈食品成分及來源，確實無法可罰，但會主動稽查市民常前往食用的消費場所稽查，並會將食物成分公布，至於若店家公布資訊若涉及標示不實，經抽查屬實，將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰3萬元。另衛生局持續稽查澱粉貿易商及下游流向，抽檢結果尚未出爐。
