國際燃料價格飆 台電估今年再虧200億

台電公司營運連年虧損，雖然2013年10月已經進行第二波電價調漲，但因國際燃料價格飆漲，台電預估2014年可能再虧新台幣200億元。台電總經理朱文成2日在立法院備詢時指出，雖然台電的虧損狀況已經減緩，但國際燃煤價格上漲，因此對於今年度的營運看法悲觀。

根據台電去年統計，2013年台電虧損金額約為新台幣171億元。台電總經理朱文成表示，台電獲利已稍有起色，虧損狀況減緩，雖然「前2個月稍有單月30億元的盈餘」，但因為輸配電成本固定，國際燃料採購價格卻飆升，使得台電去年整年依舊是虧損狀態，影響整體營運。

朱文成：『(原音)因為預計今年負載比去年略有成長。(立委黃偉哲：今年度還要再虧200億元？)是的，因為燃料價格在那邊，最近2個月，不管是燃煤、燃油、燃氣(價格)都在上漲，所以按照這估計，會比較悲觀一點。』

台電營運連年虧損已經不是什麼大新聞，因為截至去年底為止，台電整體累計虧損早已突破2千億元關卡。

朱文成預計今年國際燃料仍有上漲空間，但台電會朝「盡量不調整任何電費」的方式努力。為減少台電的虧損，目前只能繼續努力進行「土地活化」。
