年前居家修繕　最想裝潢浴室

【劉曉霞／台北報導】不少民眾趕在年前居家修繕，業者調查，民眾最想裝修的前三名是浴室、廚房和兒童房，永慶房產集團居家服務中心統計，自2013年3~12月，購買屋齡10年以上中古屋的消費者，想裝修浴室、廚房和兒童房者，分別佔43%、25%和16%。

永慶房產集團居家服務中心經理何政熹說，浴室因為是每個人每天都會使用的空間，加上水氣影響，容易讓浴室空間中的設備因為衛生因素，需要定期更新，浴室因此榮登局部修繕的榜首，每10個人就有4個人想要改造浴室。
