《刑法》三讀　偷拍、竊聽加重罰金至30萬

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《刑法》修正案，無故利用工具，或是用錄音、照相、錄影等方式，窺視、竊聽、或記錄他人非公開的活動、談話、身體隱私部位，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役，但罰金從現行的3萬元，提高到30萬元。

提案立委李俊俋說，隱私權是人民基本權利，侵犯他人隱私，若僅3萬元罰金太少，因此提高10倍，增加法官裁量空間。
