日本福島核電廠附近地震　未發海嘯警報

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】美國地質調查所今天發布，日本關東地區茨城縣今晨10時03分（台灣時間9時03分）發生淺層地震，震源深度9.9公里。當地距離福島第一核電廠僅約80公里，所幸未傳傷亡。
 
日本氣象廳表示，這起地震後8分鐘，同一地區又傳規模3.6的地震。東京電力公司表示，在2011年關東大地震中遭重創的福島第一核電廠，未受影響。
