將出生3天女兒獨留公寓梯間　狠心吸毒母被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市30多歲廖姓女毒犯今年將出生3天的女兒，棄置在女兒生父吳男住處門前，明知吳男不在家仍逕自離開，幸好鄰居不到幾分鐘就發現並報警。新北地檢署今起訴廖女涉犯遺棄兒童罪嫌，最重可判7年半。

廖女今年7月12日在汽車旅館自行分娩產女，同月15日上午7時許，她搭丁姓男友開的租賃轎車，到板橋區吳姓前男友住的公寓樓下，獨自抱著以卡通圖案毛巾包覆的女兒上樓，放在吳男3樓住處門前地上，還在女兒胸前放一把賓士車的鑰匙就離開。

同棟鄰居幾分鐘後發現安靜睡覺的女嬰，立刻報警通知社工帶回安置。30歲吳男起初否認女嬰非他親生，經檢方比對DNA確認是父女。

廖女後因涉吸毒被通緝到案，坦承按門鈴知道吳男不在家，但「還是放著，把女兒還給他」，因她當時生產後未滿2月，無法被羈押，目前行蹤不明。
