特偵曾稱要將曾勇夫移監院　竟是煙霧彈

【法庭中心／台北報導】特偵組今年9月6日召開關說案記者會，不論口頭或新聞稿均表示會將當時法務部長曾勇夫直接移送監察院彈劾，但行政院長江宜樺今天出庭卻證稱，黃世銘顧慮曾勇夫當時仍在任，實際上並沒有這麼做，直接移送監院只是對外的說詞。
 
江宜樺說：「記者會後的9月11日，我再找黃世銘到辦公室詢問，有關曾勇夫涉關說案資料是否已送監察院？他說，依照程序應由最高檢送法務部，再由部呈請行政院，轉監察院審議，但記者會時，因擔心資料會被時任部長的曾勇夫攔置，才對外宣稱特偵組將直接移送。」
 
江宜樺還證稱：「黃世銘當時並說，現在曾勇夫已請辭，不再有顧慮，將呈請法務部移送曾勇夫的彈劾資料。」曾勇夫是在9月6日當晚請辭，9月10日離開法務部。
