【動新聞】熱水潑流浪狗　動保團體募款緝兇

【胡治言／綜合報導】屏東一隻流浪狗遭人用熱水潑灑，全身4成皮膚潰爛，雖送急救，仍命在旦夕，高雄市關懷流浪動物協會並發起搶救活動，呼籲各界捐助醫藥費。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，高市關懷流浪動物將這隻黃狗取名「爛爛黃」，診治「爛爛黃」的獸醫邱冠綾研判爛爛黃醫藥費至少要10多萬，協會發起「搶救爛爛黃」活動，除呼籲各界捐助醫藥費外，也希望民眾提供線索，抓到這名狠心的虐狗人士。
