國家表演藝術中心後續問題 交由籌委會解決

雖然「國家表演藝術中心」設置條例還沒有完成三讀立法，不過文化部已經展開相關籌備工作，龍應台說兩年後衛武營落成，不論法案是否通過，都會如期營運；至於台中歌劇院，則是必須在落成後，由地方捐給中央，才能納入。(劉薇報導)

文化部長龍應台宣布國家表演藝術中心籌備委員會成立，以便迎接未來「國家表演藝術中心」設置條例通過後，希望國家表演藝術中心可以是有前景、前瞻性的組織 ，讓國家兩廳院、台中的國家歌劇院、高雄的衛武營國家藝術文化中心三個場館之間資源共享又在獨特性上競爭

「國家表演藝術中心」設置條例目前還卡在立法院，龍應台說未來不論是否過關，衛武營都可以如期營運，而台中歌劇院則必須由台中市政府捐贈國有，完成程序才能加入，到時候文化部會儘快與台中市政府溝通。至於未來董事會職權分配她不希望是雙頭馬車，因使籌備會是將來董事會的幕僚，在正式運作前，將把會發生的爭議，預先討論解決，因此不會有太大的問題。
