活化閒置空間 台東引進資源興建渡假酒店

台東縣政府引進民間資源，活化台東市區精華地段的閒置縣有土地，十六號和得標業者完成簽約，將開始進行渡假酒店興建的前置作業。(張南雄報導)

台東縣政府是以地上權設定五十年的方式，將位在台東市區博愛路和新生路口的舊稅捐處及週邊閒置縣有土地，進行招商委託營運，縣府依契約收取權利金一億五百萬元，不僅是縣庫一大挹注，同時也節省了縣政府管理維護的負擔，台東縣長黃健庭在簽約典禮上指出，透過民間在資金，建設和人力資源以及知識技術的引進，可以促進了土地空間活化，也能提振地方發展和增加就業機會。

經由採購程序得標的承泰國際投資股份有限公司，計劃在基地內興建渡假酒店，預計明年三月動工，一百零四年完工營運。
