彰化檢方偵辦彰化縣電鍍業者涉嫌長期埋設暗管偷排毒廢水案，查出和美鎮啟耀金屬工業公司負責人陳宗雄，另涉嫌長期偷取自來水，接管成為處理電鍍製程所需甪水，除違反刑法第190條之一的「放流毒物及有害健康」，也有偷竊罪嫌。

明天檢察官要借提已被羈押在彰化看守所的陳宗雄，會同自來水公司人員追查從何時開始偷水。
