羅賢哲列兩岸換俘？　羅瑩雪：不可能

【王炯華／台北報導】外傳兩岸國安情治單位曾在第三國秘密談判交換被俘情報員，這次中國點名要前陸軍少將羅賢哲一事，法務部部長羅瑩雪上午表示，羅賢哲是我國國民，根本不可能列為換俘，也沒有換俘的空間。

我軍情局前4處副處長朱恭訓及徐昌國2名上校在2006年6月遭中國國安部在越南邊境誘捕，因此國安局及軍情局都極力營救，國安局長蔡得勝即曾強調，目前仍在積極營救中。

立法院司法及法制委員會今日審查《公職人員財產申報法》部分條文修正草案，立委陳其邁詢問兩岸換俘相關法律問題，羅瑩雪表示，由於羅賢哲是中華民國國籍，根本沒有換俘的空間。陳其邁詢問是否可適用「政治庇護」？法務部次長陳明堂也強調，依據現行的法令是沒有任何的空間。
