台中草莓大福　米食廚房幸福推出

　　生活裡，其實有很多微小的幸福存在，有時候，是發票對中兩百元，有時候，是與陌生人相視的一個微笑，而又有時候，是一份來自簡單食材的滿足。

　　米吉米食天地位於台中南屯市場內，傳承三代至老闆鄭建昌，開發出數十種米食料理，像是常見的潤餅、油飯或是粿類與粽子等，其中，米食點心更是店內當紅品項，而草莓大福更是當中的佼佼者，人氣很高。

　　店內草莓大福麻糬皮為純糯米製，慢工細活裡嚐到濃濃米香，香Q裡有著極佳的彈性；紅豆餡料部分，選用萬丹紅豆，慢火細細熬煮而成，口感綿密細緻；大顆草莓來自苗栗，2號大小適中，咬下的酸甜香氣與口感剛好，風味迷人。

　　圓圓的麻糬，大口咬下，裡頭滿是紅豆餡料與草莓的酸甜，草莓大福的魅力在於多層次口感，在於口味的契合，在於埋藏在心裡的那份幸福感，誰說生活裡的小確幸，不能是平價而隨手可得？來自台中的米食廚房，恰恰滿足這點。（攝影／廖祐笙）
